Delivery · Store owners with a Nepal Can Move vendor account

Set up Nepal Can Move delivery

Connect an NCM vendor token, choose a pickup branch and enable live delivery quotes and shipment creation.

By MeroByapaar8 minute guide

Before you begin

  • An active Nepal Can Move vendor account
  • An API token supplied for that vendor account
  • A real pickup address and assigned NCM branch

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Open Delivery setup

In the seller workspace, open Delivery and switch to the setup view if it is not already visible.

  2. 2

    Choose the correct environment

Use Development only with a test token. Use Production for real orders and shipments.

  3. 3

    Verify the API token

Paste the token supplied for your NCM vendor account and choose Verify and save. The token is stored securely and is not shown again.

  4. 4

    Choose a pickup origin

Select one of the branches returned for your verified account, then add the pickup label, contact, phone, district, city, address and landmark.

  5. 5

    Confirm live quote readiness

When Connection, Pickup origin and Live checkout quote all show ready, checkout can request NCM pricing. Until then, configure a standard delivery price.

  6. 6

    Create a controlled shipment

Use a test or controlled order, confirm the customer’s destination branch and COD amount, then create the shipment and check tracking.

Verify before going live

Completion checklist

  • □The connection shows verified
  • □An assigned pickup branch is saved
  • □Checkout can produce a delivery quote
  • □A shipment receives a provider identifier or tracking number

If something is not working

No branches appear

Confirm the token and environment match your NCM account. Ask NCM to verify that pickup branches are assigned to the vendor account.

Live quotes are not ready

Complete both the verified connection and pickup origin. Keep a standard delivery fee configured as a fallback until setup is complete.
