Manage and verify customer orders

Move an order from checkout to payment confirmation, fulfilment and delivery without losing transaction truth.

By MeroByapaar6 minute guide

Before you begin

  • Access to the store’s Orders and Payments workspaces
  • A defined payment-verification responsibility
  • A delivery or customer-pickup process

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Open the order record

Use Orders to open the complete record rather than acting only from a message or screenshot.

  2. 2

    Check customer and line items

Confirm the customer contact, delivery address, products, quantities, variants and total.

  3. 3

    Verify payment truth

For eSewa, use the verified provider result. For manual QR, check the actual receiving account. COD normally remains unpaid until collection.

  4. 4

    Prepare fulfilment

Confirm stock and package the correct items. Create an NCM shipment or follow your standard delivery workflow.

  5. 5

    Keep status current

Update payment, fulfilment and delivery states as the order moves. Use the order history as the shared record for the team.

Verify before going live

Completion checklist

  • □Payment status matches the actual transaction
  • □Stock and variants match the order
  • □The delivery recipient and COD amount are correct
  • □Cancellation or refund attention is resolved before closure

If something is not working

A paid order was cancelled

Do not treat cancellation as an automatic refund. Review Refund attention and complete the provider or manual refund process separately.
